I'm alive even though I'm full of phlegm. I do my CrossFit Open 15.1 workout tomorrow and I'm really excited. And...here's my blog for today about it (below)...I'm pretty excited about the Open. I truly am becoming one of those CrossFit people. I think I need to go to my regular gym to get a run in and be around people who aren't crazy about CrossFit! :)
