And I figure if someone can get that angry at ME for a problem where they're the primary party at fault, me yelling at her's not going to do her or me any good.

For the record, I see this mother with some regularity at pickup from the after-care program, and without exception she parks in the fire lane before going inside to get the kids instead of one of the lot spots.
