everyone is not capable of the same level and same type of intelligence or smarts. this is the same with animals. most people are average and are capable of "becoming" smart or intelligent through hard work and persistence. keyword is still "most" and "capable". not everyone is capable and not everyone IS smart. most people just know how to make smart decisions.

but the average person is of average intelligence. then there are some below average who will can't (for whatever reason) become anything more than how they were born and some who are naturally intelligent and will always excel.

but most ppl are just average as far as being smart.
