because that seems kinda fucked up.
if we, as a society, think drug use is a problem,
we should want ALL people to feel the threat of arrest for recreational drug use.
Rich fratboys at white colleges.
Wall street executives.
Folks in the projects.
Why aren't rich ppl in our jails?
