Bigger and better have, and still do all the things she refused to do to support the film. Hell, Oprah was ALL UP AND THROUGH those press junkets for Selma.
It's cost of entry and, I believe, is included in contracts with the studios, but don't quote me on that.

AWLADEM... make the requisite rounds to promote their films. I'm not sure why she thought she was special, but I hope her lesson is learned and that she's able to make her way back.
