..that video shows that not only did she sneak up behind him, but she actually touched him.
i'm not an attorney, but he might have enough evidence to prove assault.
*question for anyone that thinks his reaction was deplorable:
considering the fact that "street hollers" are currently being viewed as assault/unwanted criminal behavior, how is this any different?
he was paid to play music on stage. i'm pretty sure that bein' accosted on stage was not part of the deal.
