Yeah I went...it was in 2010...

Not at all. Most of us looked the same anyway and I haven't talked to most of them since I left HS.

Not really. I just wanted to have a few brewskis, see some folks, and visit my parents. I have to have at least two reasons to head back to the Carolinas...

That I never got the picture I paid for...

So there were 3 High Schools in the district at the time. Due to low turnout, they combined all three high schools for the reunion. To put it in perspective...there were close to 1400 students who graduated between the 3 HSs and only about 100 showed up. And most of the folks that showed up traveled to get back to Columbia. Hardly any of the locals participated.

And then there's what happened to the money? The venue only cost $400 and we only went to two places the entire weekend. It was $150 per person and all we got was that one meal at that venue. Where did the money go?

And the fact that I missed The Roots Picnic that year for this. The reunion as a whole was somewhat disappointing. Considering that I could have seen Public Enemy being backed by The Roots...in hindsight...I probably would have rather opted for that instead...

That I was better off than most of the folks there. Considering that I graduated in the bottom half of my class back then.

Nah. Other than me...everybody was where I expected them to be.

A lot of folks I expected there didn't show up. So yeah...there were a bunch...

Absolutely...a few days before I left I went to a NBA Finals game with my squad in it (Celtics)...so yeah...I was where I wanted to be.

Motivated? Nah...that was already there...

She wasn't there...

Just dawned on me that this year would be my 15 year...odds are I'm not going though. I have other things planned that will take priority.
