i want to check Twitter and see important, interesting and relevant shit in my feed..fascinating and informative conversation, scientific breakthroughs, high brow philosophical arguments, links to art installations or photography exhibits.....no celebrity gossip, life hacks or corporate speak...i just want to learn and be exposed to different shit than I normally am
so who should i be following?

i currently follow Rachael Maddow so that's about as far as I've gotten..and she doesn't tweet a lot

that you'd be interested in hearing from daily...then follow people they follow or retweet then keep going from there.

so if you have ppl you follow that you love, go to their page and see who they tweet, see who are listed on their page as similar follows, check out their lists...that's the best way.
See who they RT and go follow those pages, it's like a web (LOL of course).
or in the search engine, put in things you want to see and see who comes up. if they meet the criteria, then follow.
