to me she's saying she'd gladly pay Hugh Jackman Mila Kunis money if he'd take it. It is a bit of a sham to say they don't need the job that bad considering how hard it is for women to break into big budget acting, but I don't think her primary point was that evil, at least not beyond a CEO saying CEO stuff.
