Hire a stand in to accept the money in public.

Put my mom on an allowance and get her a 24/7 nurse/sitter. She doesn't need a house (see sowhats post)

My dad has two paid for houses so he would just have his taxes paid on time so he doesn't end up like the rest of Detroit.

Nieces and nephews trust fund with a limit

Buy a couple of multi unit and put people I like in them (not rent free but low rent)
