I'd appreciate someone giving me a heads up if my kid said that from any age really
depending on how know lil dude be talking maybe she already know he's spitting about penises and other body parts he's learning
or
maybe a more serious discussion needs to be had
either way heads up is always welcome to any parent really (I'd like to hope)
