I was wondering this too but I think when they were trailing behind Tuco's grandma's car they gave a little indication the direction they were going ... but yea, kind of a stretch.

Yea totally. Huge coincidence they're asking us to believe...but for the entertainment value of the story I'm willing to let it slide.

This I was fine with. Seems like his whole persona was just taking shape and he wasn't quite as impulsive or insane at this time, and I thought they laid that out just fine. He was far less temperamental than when we saw him in BB.
