If you're carrying around 100k in cash-- being legally strapped is a good idea (sounds like it was legal from what I read)

100k in cash is for the party!! Drinks, women (or men-- lets be real), more drugs, tables, limos, etc. I would imagine that entertaining an entourage is expensive.

The weed is pretty self explanatory especially if coke will be showing up later.

I bet white players got the same shit going on.
