12715900, Philly is worse than NYC in this department. Posted by legsdiamond, Mon Feb-02-15 01:10 PM I lived in Philly for 5 years and my wife was always terrified of going to NYC. When we finally went she was amazed how much friendlier people where in NYC than Philly. I kept telling her it's because in NYC people actually have shit to do... In Philly, it always felt like people ain't really have shit to do so they had time to argue over simple shit.
