nah, he hasn't
pacquiao in 2009 was the most dangerous opponent floyd could ever have faced and he ducked him, like he's ducking him now.
and like he's ducked many people before this, such as margarito, punisher, and a prime sugar shane
he's acting like a bitch, but you'd expect nothing less from someone who's said many times that they don't care about their legacy
