So I posted about my transfer ordeal, which has had a few twists and turns.

I previously posted about a man who came in and owed me money from way back.

Might as well share the praise reports too, right?

Today, I got to tell someone they had 5 months worth of unused benefits. He had been eligible to transitional food stamps but didn’t know it. He thought his case was closed and at first I thought he was about to get a massive over issuance, but after a quick review saw what happened. The long and short was he walked out with over $1300 on his EBT card and a massive sigh of relief. He wasn’t tearing up or anything but he had a huge smile he kept trying to suppress.

Definitely one of my favorite moments in this line of work.
