so it's clearly in a high crime area. and so other precautions should be taken that aren't taken at the high end day care facilities. b/c those aren't in high crime neighborhoods.
so this day care should operate like the check-cashing spot. or the corner store. or the Chinese food spot. you know, everything bullet-proof. the kids come out from behind bullet-proof glass.
