from the time he got out his cop car to the time he sauntered over through that parking lot and touched the black guy it was 30 seconds
he was in contact with the black guy for 10 seconds before black guy bolted off running
chase ensues for 3-4 seconds
black guy drops guns then tries to pick it up
officer fires shots
that was a total of 55 seconds from the time officer got out his car until the black guy was dead
fifty-five seconds
craziness.
