Man you ain't never lived, they don't have shit to do and want to feel tough like the LAPD that patrols Venice (which is gentrified as fuck).
Torrance is bad, but not as much as they used to be, back in the 90's when they had NNITAD, it was wild. Now, they just do pointless harassing which takes place mostly in North and East Torrance.
