my neighborhood is probably more like 80% lol peoplestown but the adjacent neighborhood, grant park, is more white/mixed so that 54% rings true
also in general because ATL is such a city where the suburbs are so tied and part of the area, it seems like its way more Black than just 54% because of all the Blk folks in the burbs
