A penis belongs to the person it's attached to... it's nobody's job to make style choices for a man's penis than the man who's penis it is.
If adults want to get circumcised whether for health or aesthetic reasons then that's their choice entirely, but you can't make choices like that for someone before they can even communicate an objection.
