I gave in on the no fap for January.

I was getting no action because first my wife was mad at me, then we had relatives in town and now she is gone on business for a week.

It's 9pm and the kids are sleep and I got nothing to do and I haven't been able to think straight.

The no drinking thing has been easy though. Although I will go to a party tomorrow night.
