The grilling never starts with a grilling though. It usually starts with me asking a question. Not grill just ask. He has a habit of assuming pressure when there is none. That's his cop out method. He has trouble expalining himself, so I ask him to talk to me so we can work on that part of the communication. He and i have a great realtionship and I make sure he knows that he is not in trouble or anything, but he should be able to answer a question and put his thoughts together (even if its simplistic concepts.
