she's 23 (not really an excuse, but she has growing to do)
she's from Harlem (not really an excuse but look at how Camron was well into his 30s)
i think she was trying to hurt Perez Hilton deeply because she felt attacked, there's a difference between that and having a general distaste for the gay community
