Her pet project (childhood obesity) was fluff just like Laura/Barbara Bush (literacy) and Nancy Reagan (just say no).
Contrast that with Hillary Clinton who was almost like a co-president. She was behind the scenes on a lot of national policies, especially healthcare reform.
