Known her for 3 years now. Confessed my crush to her two years ago, and she was on that "awwwwww, I'm flattered, but I see you as a friend" shit. We were cool then, but not as close as we are now. So I feel like it's even harder to do it now, but then I donno for real. I told my homegirl who knows her, and she told me I definitely gotta go for it regardless.
