I got up early for fasted cardio before work.

Dug myself out of 150 unread emails before lunch.

Booked a last minute work trip to LA for next week.

Got my allergy shots.

And now I'm on a conference call where everyone speaks Portuguese except me... aka, the most useless conference call ever.

My boss still hasn't come in (and probably wont).

It's surprisingly slow given that I've been out for 3 weeks. I'm leaving early for spin class.
