I never drink alone and don't drink because I am having a hard time dealing with something. If it's a professional gathering I drink plenty without acting the fool.
My only problem is if I decide to go hard or get too excited (like old friends in town), there is no turning the switch off.
Binge drinking was fun while in school and in my younger party days, but I'm too old to be "that guy".
