12688558, I have a personal strategy for maximizing my time at the table

I'm not trying to break the bank... I'm just trying to maximize my fun while minimizing my losses.

So I generally stick to craps and blackjack and I play with 10 times the table minimum. If I bet conservatively, I can usually string things out for an hour or two, which is a reasonable amount for me to risk, particularly if the table minimums are relatively low.

I also set an upper limit of double my money. I've occasionally hit my goal but I've rarely actually walked away with double my money for a bunch of reasons but I think you need to have discipline when you're up.

Some people say you need to really push your luck when you're winning but I think if you can set a modest goal that you can hit consistently, you're more likely to come out ahead.

The more you play, the more likely you'll lose so you need something to tell yourself to get up and out of the casino with your profit.
