I think a black guy from Harlem can be as well.
Neither of them look like the Jews I knew in West L.A. that came from Israel. They (the Israelis) looked like Ethiopians to me, and none of them were Falasha, Habesha, etc. Certain other ones looked like Arabs as well, but in this community at least half would have to classify as "black", small b.
