they're doing they're job
they're just not reporting it
doing the paperwork portion
they're still walking the beat and cruising the hoods
and witnessing crimes and hemming up criminals
they are just not "going downtown" with these bad guys
and are these citations really "bogus" if they stand up in court?
if you're speeding, pissing in public or being "rowdy rowdy" after midnight those are against the laws of the land and you gotta pay for that
