and saved it on my newer cell phone. I was down in the dumps and in a rotten mood here at work, but because of listening to one of the clips, I'm motivated to go workout after work now.


I gotta admit though, I don't know if I could concentrate during lifts if CT was right next to me barking out like he does in some of his infamous youtube clips.
