Screw waiting until next year. I started the day after Christmas. One of the reasons why I love Crossfit... At noon, I'm going to run for an hour straight, and this evening, I'm doing this:
WOD 12 30 14 A. Est. 15RM OHS (Overhead Squats are a weakness of mine) B. For Time : 21 DL (225/155) (love DeadLifts...my 1RM is 270, but I haven't tested it lately) 21 T2B (Gotta work on these) 2 MU (SO NOT READY FOR THESE YET!) 15 DL 15 T2B 4 MU 9 DL 9 T2B 6 MU
And, as a bonus, I am going to do 500 double unders.
Yes...us females get it in, too. I've transformed my body. The before and after pics are coming in a few weeks. :)
