Posted by godleeluv, Sat Dec-27-14 06:39 PM
I know someone here knows how I can fix this.

Sidenote....

I have a craving for seafood tonight.

I lucked out and my daddy bbqed ribs for christmas which was an unexpected treat. But I want some seafood tonight. And juiced cantaloupe.

Also.I put my hair up in a ponytail and I have to wear glasses, so now I look like a teenager again..what say you?

Snatch out the radio and throw it away. Next, burn the car.

Don't nobody listen to CDs in a car no more. Your phone ain't hooked up to your radio? You bullshitting.

My M-Class has a factory double din CD/Cassette/Radio joint in it.

I have some old mixtapes... REAL mixtapes... that I listen to and as soon as my sister sends me my box of old tapes I'll REALLY be using it.

I also have a CD wallet in the ride, overstuffed, with six discs in the rear of the truck (The Minstrel Show, Azimuth, Total Eclipse (Black Moon), A Chris Gray house mix CD, Best of Bob James Vol 1, and Arthur Verocai's "Encore"), and one in the dash (DJ Houseshoes "Let It Go").

I do have a cassette adapter too so on occasion I'll take one of my old Android phones with me and queue up some music I just haven't burned to CD yet (or mixes that are too long for CD).

Posted by godleeluv, Sat Dec-27-14 10:28 PM
because they were scared someone may call me, they asked me to burn the instrumental to cd. I wanted to play it in the car on the ride up to make sure there were no scratches and to sing along while I was in the car. but I can't. hence the post.
12685456, airplane mode would solve that problem

Tell him what you told us, give him the keys and sit your ass down somewhere and let him fix it.

I'll ask my manager. My cds have been stuck in there for almost 2 years now. My dude has known this and I believe he just doesn't know how to fix it. Since I can Bluetooth music from my phone, have radio, and my dad purchased a Sirius radio subscription I believe he doesn't feel it is that important. But I have cds stuck in there that I want to get out.

12685372, It's going to need to be pulled out

I used to sell and install car audio for a living when I was younger. The only way to get it out is to pull the radio, disassemble it partially, and manually get it out.

This is a sign that it is time to get a new car. I need a bigger one. I've had 3 cars my whole life and they were all purchased new. This is the first one I didn't trade in aND paid off. But I can only ride that train for so long
I need a new car and this will be my motivation to make that happen in 2015.

12685583, just get a new radio...

Drop $150-200 for a decent radio and have it installed. The dash kit and antenna adapter shouldn't cost too much and it'll be done in about 30 minutes or so if the installer is competent.

Was a joke. I've gone almost 2 years with those cds stuck in the car. So if I needed a new car now I should have needed it then. It's kinda like when your phone doesn't perform like it used to and all you need is a new battery but instead you use that as an excuse to upgrade the whole phone...make sense?
12685337, I just spent 150 dollars at the grocery store.
Posted by godleeluv, Sat Dec-27-14 08:44 PM
I was shopping while hungry. They didn't have crab legs like they usually do, but I did get my seafood and other things. Got my cantaloupes...yaay. came home and my dude must have been craving seafood because he brought fish and was frying it. It does smell good but I didn't say anything...I just unloaded the car since he was cooking. But I'm very happy after all that shopping I don't have to cook too.

Try inserting another cd partially, hold on to the disc and see if the player will try suck it in but don't let it go in the player.. This should trigger the motor of the player if its jammed.

When doing this listen to hear if the player makes a noise or when you hit the eject button does the players motor make a noise?
