meaning of prayer

And what I've come to understand is that prayer is not so much abt asking a divine being or however you define this source to bestow favor/blessings upon you and/or love ones...prayer as I understand it is to reveal the divinity within YOU...

And I say that to say that you have everything you need to get you (and your family) through these difficult times...

I recommend, Abby, that you meditate during these times (along w/prayer) to give you guidance and strength
