i moved here in 94 when CHA was still just talking about getting rid of the projects. every time i drove or rode on the Dan Ryan past those miles of Robert Taylor and Stateway homes i couldn't wrap my mind around how they'd go about tearing them down and displacing all of those ppl. but they did.
