is this typical?
i only ordered one thing on black friday before and it took about a week
this year i went to art basel so i did ship to store assuming it would arrive first week of december
all i got so far was an email saying it shipped (two weeks ago)
emailed customer support back then and they were like we'll contact you
today i emailed that i want my money back and got *crickets*
by the time i get my coat it won't even be cold anymore, this shit irking basically
