The look is already there, and he already kinda has some villainous powers. I can just picture his melodic mumbling leaving his victims dazed & entranced, while Birdman robs them blind. The catch is, he is susceptible to the effects of his own spell, so he doesn't notice that Birdman is robbing HIM too!
