add to that making my own version of 'bullet coffee'
sounds crazy but..
spoon of coconut oil and a small pat of grass fed butter + strong black coffee + blender = the richest, most creamy deliciousness ever.
my life is has changed because of this method.
i'll post this method again in a reply to the original.
