It makes a really clean-tasting cup. And it's fun to use.
I'm not against brew or any other method. I like each for different reasons.
But I just love the ritual of pour-over coffee. It's very relaxing. It gives you the same kind of satisfaction as preparing tea, I think.
>What goes into making your perfect cup?
-Quality coffee, quality water, patience.
>What is your favorite kind of coffee?
-I've only had one true favorite coffee -- Intelligentsia's Rwanda Zirikana.
Besides that, actually prefer my coffee espresso style. I love a good capp or latte.
And for iced coffee... it's gotta be cold brewed and it's gotta have milk and sugar.
>Where is your go to online shop for coffee?
-Don't have one. But I'm partial to Intelligentsia, mainly because I have brand loyalty tendencies.
>Any coffee subscription services you use?
-Not yet, but I'm looking into it. I already do snack subs.
>Do you grind at home or get pre-ground?
-It's better to grind at home.
