It was on the news a couple of days ago. Dude is homeless and was pan-handling. They told him he couldn't be there and he started arguing with them. They tried to tase him, but he had on too many layers to feel it. A fight ensued. More cops came and they eventually got the tasers working. The cop he knocked out is in a coma.
