1)The original movie was not good. (Saw it when I was 12?)
2)Jamie Foxx (and the scene's I've seen played) does not have the right disposition for Daddy Warlbucks. (Will Stacks???)
3)Cameron Diaz's face is looking more and more like a ventriloquist's dummy's face.
4)Auto-tune
5)Bad reviews.
