Come on...don't act brand new...lol...Alongside the summer, the Christmas season is huge for family outings...Of course we can pop in a video or a child can get positive images from their parents and loved ones...

But I'm thinking in terms of reality...The media is still the most powerful platform when it comes to exhibiting stereotypes or negative imagery whether it's blacks, gays, Latinos, Asians, women, ect...

It would be nice to go to the movies and be able to take your kid to a film that actually shows themselves on screen in a positive manner...
