I have a few frat members in my family. At best one was good for extending the length of his funeral with a "ceremony" of sorts.

I worked with a few Que's some years ago. One claimed he did use that to get into the job because our boss was also a Que... But I, with no greek affiliation, got the same job at the same level of seniority so can it really be attributed to his affiliation or can it be attributed to the fact that our boss had made it a priority to get black men and women into these positions?
