I've known many a chick to be on these kinds of lists
And I know the reason(s) why
Nothing sexual
Usually they just got caught for doing "normal" hazing shit
but since the school caught wind of it
the chapter had no choice but to "persona non grata" them
like that FAMU band hazing
tau beta sigma & kappa kappa psi do that shit all day every day
but since dude died, heads had to roll
