I have no use for it, but it's perfectly listenable.
We all want prince to continue to innovate,
which is a lot to ask from one person.

In the 80s he came up with Dirty Mind - Sign of the Times
(most of them have new sounds that were different from what came before.)

Not to mention the stuff he did for The Time.

Not to mention one offs for pop acts like the Bangles.

And then in the 90s, he still had a pop presence.

And he's still going. The stuff isn't innovative, but it's fine.


I don't know what ppl want from prince.
Well, i do.

But the truth is this is one person.
Most legends have a golden era that last for 10 years.
Princes golden era was 10 years that got the work of 20 years out of one person.

I mean...

his latest stuff is fine. it's good.
Not 80s prince good, but damn.


He is only 1 person.
