and everybody's seen the cos players dressed up like Batman, Spiderman, Chewbacca, etc...
he was one of those dudes

but dude was in a costume with a prop knife
I find it hard to believe that there isn't video of the entire interaction
other than Disneyland, this is probably the top tourist destination in LA
