bc i agree with a lot of what you said...but it's very all or nothing and i don't think most people are like that

but

a.) i cant understand that nigga

b.) i think he's garbage

c.) the beat, the dance, and "about a week ago" are the only likable things about it

but with all that being said...the visual in the OP is jarring...it shouldn't be but it is...u don't get more awkward than all of that
