I volunteer at a soup kitchen and help feed homeless folks regularly. So yeah man-- I care to listen. Part of me says "when is he going to ask for money or food?" sometimes I'm selfish with it-- like "wish he/she would just hurry up and ask for the money or food", but regardless that's why I listen, because maybe I can help.
