and in that reply i stated that i expect the judge overseeing this case will monitor the use of the requested info in an effort to protect the ministers' 1st Amendment rights. b/c there's obvious First Amendment protection in certain content of the ministers' sermons.

in a later reply i said i expect the scope of the requested material will be limited based on what the city itself said and how a judge may rule after the plaintiffs challenge the subpoenas in court.
